ATIS GROUP announced that it has acquired the entire operations of SBA TORRES ARGENTINA SRL, adding 80 towers to its portfolio with more than 120 space rental contracts in said towers. With this acquisition, ATIS Group increases its portfolio to more than 500 cellular towers, providing service to the main cellular operators in Argentina and Uruguay; contributing to accelerate the development of wireless communications in the Southern Cone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
